MADE LIGHT TO GO LONG
The Nike Flyknit Lunar 3 Women's Running Shoe pairs plush cushioning with an ultra-lightweight, incredibly strong Flyknit upper to help keep you comfortable—and keep you going—for miles.
Light yet strong Flyknit delivers seamless, supportive comfort. The one-piece upper integrates a tightly woven denser knit in the heel for enhanced support and a looser, more open weave in the midfoot and forefoot for stretch and breathability.
Lighter and more resilient than previous iterations, the Lunarlon foam midsole delivers soft, responsive cushioning and long-lasting comfort.
The outsole design follows a forefoot pressure map that helps guide each stride naturally for more efficient range of motion through toe-off.
Flyknit OriginsNike Flyknit technology was inspired by feedback from runners seeking a shoe with an ultralight, second skin-like fit. Nike embarked on a four-year mission with teams of programmers, engineers and designers to create the technology needed to make the knit upper with static properties for structure and durability. Then the precise placement of support, flexibility and breathability—all in one layer—was refined, resulting in a featherweight and virtually seamless upper.
My knees often hurt when I run, but these tennis help reduce the impact.
I was looking more for a combination of training shoe and running shoe, so I took a chance on these. Turns out, the shoes were a great choice. They fit well, although they felt slightly bulky at first. They're quite light and look great too.
These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I am so obsessed. I have worn them on several 3 - 5 mile runs so far and the cushion in the heel is great. I also wear them a lot just for walking in the city and they're great. I forget I'm wearing them they're so comfy. Highly recommend!
This shoe is designed very well and light! The shoe molds to your foot, which I really like and they are very easy to run in. They are Flyknit, so cleaning the shoe may be difficult.
Light, flexible and comfortable shoes that I am happy to wear both for a run and for the gym. I got standard size 8 and though my leg is slightly wider in the toebox, these fit perfectly after the first run. I guess the flyknit material is flexible enough to fit different shapes of legs, which is great.
